Specialities

I specialize in helping men and LGBTQ+ individuals overcome sex addiction, porn addiction, compulsive sexual behaviors, and chronic intimacy challenges. My clinical work supports clients in rebuilding healthy sexuality, improving emotional regulation, reducing unwanted sexual behaviors, and creating long-term, sustainable change.I also provide LGBTQ-affirming couples therapy focused on communication skills, trust repair, navigating open relationships and polyamory, and healing the impact of sexual behaviors on relationships. Using a shame-free, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, I help clients regain control of their sexual behaviors, strengthen relationships, and build deeper emotional and sexual connection.

Porn Addiction

I specialize in treating porn addiction and compulsive pornography use, helping men and LGBTQ+ individuals break cycles of excessive viewing, regain control, and rebuild a healthy relationship with sexuality. My approach combines evidence-based interventions with a shame-free, trauma-informed lens to address cravings, triggers, emotional regulation, and the underlying factors that maintain compulsive porn use. Whether clients are experiencing erectile dysfunction, intimacy issues, or escalating patterns of use, I provide structured, compassionate support to promote lasting behavioral change and healthier sexual expression.

Sex Addiction

I specialize in treating sex addiction and compulsive sexual behavior, supporting men and LGBTQ+ individuals who feel out of control with their sexual urges, encounters, or patterns. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, I help clients understand the emotional and behavioral drivers behind their compulsive behaviors while developing healthier coping skills, boundaries, and sexual expression. In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples affected by sex addiction—helping partners rebuild trust, repair intimacy, improve communication, and navigate the complex emotional impact of compulsive sexual behaviors. My approach is structured, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, aimed at creating sustainable change and restoring balance and connection.

Problematic Sexual Behaviors

I specialize in working with adults who struggle with problematic or compulsive sexual behaviors, including boundary violations, high-risk encounters, and patterns that feel difficult to control or understand. I am currently completing advanced graduate-level training in sexual behavior issues, which includes specialized work with individuals seeking to change harmful or disruptive sexual patterns. While I do not provide court-mandated sex-offender treatment, I offer therapeutic support for adults who want to explore the emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors driving these behaviors and develop healthier boundaries, improved self-regulation, and safer sexual decision-making. My approach is confidential, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practices to support meaningful and lasting change.

Couples & Polyamory

I specialize in LGBTQ couples therapy, helping partners navigate relationship problems, intimacy issues, communication breakdowns, and the unique challenges faced by queer relationships. I also support couples who are exploring open relationships, consensual non-monogamy, or polyamory and want guidance in setting boundaries, strengthening trust, and creating healthy relationship agreements. Using evidence-based, LGBTQ-affirming approaches, I help partners improve emotional connection, resolve conflict, and build relationships that feel secure, authentic, and aligned with their values. Whether you’re repairing trust, deepening intimacy, or thoughtfully opening your relationship, I provide compassionate, structured support to help you thrive together.
