About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing affirming, evidence-based therapy to adults and couples. I am independently licensed in Florida (LCSW #SW25660), Alabama (LICSW #6612C), and Arkansas (LCSW #28199C) . In Washington State, I currently practice as a Social Worker Associate – Independent Clinical (SWAIC #61483182) while completing the final requirements for independent licensure, under supervision as required by state law.

I specialize in working with men, LGBTQ+ individuals, and couples who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, intimacy and sexual concerns, substance use, identity exploration, and life transitions. My work is grounded in an LGBTQ-affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed approach, where clients are respected as the experts of their own lives.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In my work with couples, I also integrate principles from the Gottman Method and attachment theory to support healthier communication, emotional connection, and long-term relationship growth.

In addition to clinical practice, I am currently completing my PhD in Clinical Sexology, which informs my work with individuals and couples seeking support around intimacy, desire, sexual health, and relationship dynamics. My approach balances clinical expertise with warmth, directness, and practical tools that clients can apply outside of session.
