Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy. I work with couples navigating conflict, disconnection, life transitions, infidelity, and relationship stress, using an affirming and evidence-based approach. Whether you’re dating, married, LGBTQ+, or in a non-traditional relationship, couples counseling can help you better understand each other’s needs and create healthier, more fulfilling relationship patterns.

General Couples Therapy

Many couples seek therapy because communication has broken down—conversations turn into arguments, important needs go unheard, or difficult topics are avoided altogether. Couples therapy helps partners identify unhelpful communication patterns, improve listening and emotional expression, and learn how to talk through conflict without escalation or shutdown. Through structured, evidence-based couples counseling, partners can develop clearer, healthier ways to communicate, feel more understood, and work together more effectively as a team.

Polyamory-Focused

Maybe you and your partner are new to polyamory and need support navigating boundaries, communication, and expectations, or you’re already in a polyamorous relationship and finding that jealousy, insecurity, or miscommunication are creating tension. I offer polyamory-affirming relationship therapy for couples and constellations of up to four people, providing a nonjudgmental space to explore relationship agreements, strengthen communication, and address boundary challenges. Therapy can help clarify needs, build trust, manage jealousy, and develop ethical, sustainable relationship structures that align with your shared values.
